How do I purchase a Perfect Day Experiences voucher?
 
  Vouchers can be bought online, by telephone, fax or mail order. Simply browse the website using the experience categories on the left-hand menu or use the Gift Finder for suitable experience ideas. If, after browsing the categories, you’re not sure what to buy then a Perfect Day Experiences Freedom Voucher ranging from $100 to $1,000 allows the recipient to choose their own perfect experience.

Can I include my own message on the voucher for the person receiving it?
 
  Yes, you are given the choice of having your own message pre-printed by Perfect Day Experiences, or, if you prefer we can leave the voucher blank for you to fill in by hand.

Can I have my gift emailed?
 
  Yes you can. If you want to surprise them with something special in their Inbox then choose an Email Voucher. Perfect Day Email Vouchers are full colour and contain information about the experience, including how to register and how to book. Email Vouchers can be sent to you or direct to the recipient and will be dispatched within ten minutes.

You are also able to print your Perfect Day Voucher from your account immediately after order. You can then fold the Voucher and insert it into a standard greeting card.

What happens if my Email Voucher does not arrive?
 
  The first thing you should do is to check your Spam or Junk email folder. Sometimes emails get delivered into these folders in error. If you cannot find your email voucher and you ordered it more than 30 minutes ago then please contact us and we will send you a replacement.

You are also able to print your Perfect Day Voucher from your account immediately after order. You can then fold the Voucher and insert it into a standard greeting card.

What comes in the Perfect Day Experiences gift pack?
 
  If you select the Perfect Day Experience Gift Pack as your chosen method of delivery then each Perfect Day Experience arrives in a beautifully presented gift pack containing a Perfect Day Experiences gift voucher, personalized with your own special message or left blank for you to fill in yourself.

The experience voucher contains a voucher reference and security code, which must be used to book and redeem the experience. Also inside the pack is a congratulations letter and information cards detailing everything the recipient needs to know about their Perfect Day Experience, from what they’ll be doing, to how to book and what to wear.

What types of payment do you accept?
 
  We accept the following:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard and American Express
Cheque or banker’s draft – please make payable to: Perfect Day Experiences Ltd. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until payment has been received.

Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I purchase the Experience Voucher?
 
  The Experience Voucher is open-dated, so the recipient can choose their own date for the experience. If you would prefer to book the date at the time of purchase please contact our Customer Experience Team to check availability and book.

I don’t want my Perfect Day Experience Voucher or Freedom Voucher, can I get a refund?
 
  Yes, we offer voucher refunds on unbooked experiences within 28 days of purchase, minus a 10% administration charge (being a minimum charge of $35 and a maximum charge of $125). Please note that refunds are reimbursed to the original purchaser.

Can I book my experience by taking my Experience Voucher along to any venue of my choice?
 
  Unfortunately this isn’t possible. All bookings must be made with Perfect Day Experiences. This ensures that your booking is made with an authorised Perfect Day Experiences supplier and that your booking is confirmed in writing in advance of your booked date.

My Experience Voucher has an expiry date; do I actually need to go on my experience before this date?
 
  Yes. Your experience is valid for nine months and you need to have booked and taken your experience before your expiry date.

Do Freedom Vouchers have an expiry date?
 
  No, Freedom Vouchers purchased after November 31 2008 do not have an expiry date.

How do I use my Freedom Voucher?
 
  Once you have registered your Freedom Voucher on our website (instructions are included with your voucher) you can browse and select your experience(s). Follow the prompts to checkout and your Freedom Voucher value will be deducted from the cost of the experience. If required you can pay the remaining order total due, or any unused value will be added to your Perfect Day account. Cash refunds on unused voucher balances cannot be given.

I’ve received more than one Freedom Voucher; can I add my vouchers together to buy an experience?
 
  Yes. If you have more than one Freedom Voucher and would like to combine their value, as long the vouchers are still valid, please contact our Customer Experience Team and we will be happy to help.

I’ve already booked a date for my experience, can I change the date?
 
  Once your booking has been made, if you cancel it, you may incur a cancellation fee from the supplier involved. You must contact the supplier directly with any cancellation requests as Perfect Day is not able to handle these on your behalf – you will have full supplier contact details in your confirmation email that you received from Perfect Day at the time of your original booking.

I’ve lost my Voucher, can I get a replacement?
 
  Yes, if it is still valid, we can cancel the lost voucher and issue you with a replacement. There will be an administrative fee of $35 for any lost voucher replacement.

Can I give my Experience Voucher or Freedom Voucher to someone else?
 
  Yes, but we will require identification from the original recipient as a matter of security and also the name and contact details of the person who will be receiving the voucher.

Will my experience still go ahead in bad weather?
 
  Many experiences are dependent on the weather and we will advise you if you need to check with the venue before the time of your experience. If this is applicable it will be detailed in your Perfect Day Experiences Gift Pack. If your experience is cancelled due to weather conditions you will be able to rebook. Unfortunately we cannot refund any travel or accommodation expenses incurred if your experience is cancelled on the day.
